Customer Service Administrator

This well recognised global company is experiencing significant growth in recent times as a result of their commitment to implementing innovative, effective and sustainable solutions.  They have recently consolidated a large part of their administration and customer service facility and are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Resolution Coordinator to join their team.

As the Customer Service Coordinator you will be supporting a department manager.  You will follow up on customer queries and research general sales related issues.  You will be responsible for providing general administration support to a department manager. 

To be assured an interview for this great opportunity you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be available for an immediate start.  You have a friendly and professional attitude and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.  You are generally computer savvy, ideally with prior experience using SAP and in a customer service environment.  Intermediate to advance Excel skills are required.  Most importantly you have a flexible attitude, can work in a team as well as with little supervision.
