We are in search of ambitious, flexible and hard working temporary professionals who are readily available for their next exciting role. as the positions we offer are varied in description most roles are offer initially at an AO2 or AO3 level. to be eligible for consideration applications must have recent relevant experience within the following roles: - administration officer
- secretary / assistants
- court typists
key experience indicators would include (but are not limited to): - demonstrated secretarial, dictaphone and word processing skills (preferably Microsoft Word '97), with particular emphasis on speed, accuracy and presentation
- sound communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
- demonstrated tact, integrity and discretion, particularly with respect to confidential matters.
- demonstrated professional approach to work, including the ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines and commitments.
- general understanding or the ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of the functions of the Courts and departments relevant to the Courts.
- preparation of submissions, reports, briefings, correspondence, plans, guides and other documents within set time frames and assist with the format of documents using programs such as Word and Excel
- liaise with business area managers and staff to provide information, advice, assistance and guidance about their corporate governance requirements
- word processing - ability to touch type with a minimum of 60 wpm
- organising meetings/conferences including preparation, distribution of agendas, minutes and other material
- coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation / Diary management
- maintain filing, records bring-up and retrieval systems including monitoring and follow-up of all correspondence using appropriate data base systems
- citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
