Who are we looking for?
Each year Cubic Consulting runs a graduate program enabling high quality university graduates to join our consulting team. As a graduate, you will have strong aspirations within the IT Learning and Development field. You will have the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will cope well with change and be flexible, responsive and easy to work with.
While you must have a strong academic history & present professionally, we are also looking for graduates who have confidence & the ability to engage and inspire.
What is the job role?
As a Graduate, your career with Cubic will start with a 4 week comprehensive induction program in Sydney in February 2011. After the induction, you will be introduced onto one of our projects where you will begin to utilise your new skills.
Graduates will typically work as a part of a project team to deliver a training solution to a client who has implemented a new or upgraded ERP system such as SAP, Oracle or Siebel. This could include writing system user documentation, developing simulations using a number of tools, or delivering face-to-face training. Projects may vary in length from a few weeks to several months, and the location will depend on client requirements.
What is the Career Progression at Cubic Consulting?
For your first two years at Cubic Consulting, you will be an Analyst with the ability to progress & develop your skills in the technical training field. Upon promotion to Consultant, you will become more involved in project scoping & training analysis while still being involved in training delivery & development.
Further career opportunities could include Change Management, eLearning and/or Project Management.
