Our client is currently implementing SAP ECC6 (FICO, HR and Procurement). We have now completed the Change and Training strategy and are now seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to join our team.
This is a 3 4 month contract starting in mid August 2010. The role is based 30 mins from Brisbane CBD.
Your primary responsibility in this position will be to take charge of the training function, managing a small team of 2 / 3 training developers to produce training assets including paper based materials and eLearning (ProductivityPak). You may also be required to execute some of the tactical change activities, especially managing the communications and key user network.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing training rollouts on SAP implementations
- Good subject mater knowledge on SAP (FICO, HR and Procurement).
- Experience managing training teams.
- Experience with SAP ProductivityPak or InfoPak
- Solid OCM capabilities
